Dana Weinberger is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in strategic consulting and personal coaching. As a visionary entrepreneur, organizational development business leader, and spiritual life coach, Dana has dedicated her career to guiding individuals and organizations toward success. She is a certified strategic business and personal coach and is a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant and Kolbe Certified™ Youth Specialist, showcasing her expertise in strategic thinking and youth development.

Passionate about making a positive impact, Dana is also a four-agreements transformational facilitator, emphasizing her commitment to personal growth and transformation. Her journey, which was marked by 15 years of therapeutic exploration, healing, continuous learning, and overcoming personal challenges, culminated in the creation of her dream business, Family Harmony Roadmap. She co-founded this business with her daughter, Ariel Cipoletta.

Ariel Cipoletta is a dedicated family consultant and certified occupational therapist with a decade of experience transforming lives in the heart of New York City. Specializing in both the public and private sectors, Ariel has worked tirelessly with individuals of all ages facing a myriad of challenges, from the most difficult cases involving children on the autism spectrum ADHD to adults grappling with dementia, Parkinson's, and physical disabilities.

Ariel's academic journey laid a strong foundation for her impactful career. She holds an undergraduate degree in global public health and applied psychology from New York University. Building on this, she pursued a master's in science from Columbia University, furthering her educational expertise in the field of occupational therapy.
